The Renko Cleaning Process

We complete a pre-inspection to identify problem areas and then conduct a visual walk through with our client to assess what needs to be cleaned. We then discuss the process with you and answer any questions you may have.
Now its time to get started! We pre-treat the areas that are to be cleaned to ensure the most thorough cleaning. We then clean the entire area using our hot water high-powered, state-of-the-art truck mounted extraction system.

When cleaning your carpets, we can move sofas and chairs out of the way, clean under them, pad them, and put them back so you don’t have to. We do not move electronics, tables with breakables or large items such as pianos, wall units, china cabinets, beds or dressers in bedrooms.

Carpets and upholstery should be pre-vacuumed before we clean to ensure the best possible cleaning. There may be an extra charge for heavily soiled areas, moving excessive furniture, extra cushions, etc. Approximately 80% of upholstery can be steam cleaned.

The Renko Cleaning Post Inspection

After we finish making your carpet cleaner, we review the entire job with you to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. If not, we’ll fix it right then and there! We want you to be completely satisfied before we leave your home.

Quick Tips!

Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning system on can help accelerate drying time. You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, but avoid wearing street shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas onto non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.
